Welding Instructions:

Preheat towing eye slowly before starting welding.
En8 material hitches to 100 degrees.
En16 material hitches to 200 ~ 250 degrees.
Check with temperature indicator crayons or paint.
Maintain preheat during welding process.
Mild steel chassis members do not require preheating.
Ensure the weld cools slowly in a controlled environment.

Recommended Welding Size:

15mm leg length (Min.12mm) along both sides (Min 150mm), and across the back of the hitch.
